I was there, it was great.
Victor played my "Alone" track. Which had a really nice reaction especially because I believe most of the people havent heard it before. So you had me running around like a monkey and standing next to Victor letting everyone know thats my track, with hands clapping in the air. That was cool. Then I got to dance with some girl too, just cuz of that track I think? I dont know
Either way good to see you guys there.

in all honesty, for this kind of thing, not very good. The system can't throw down without getting really harsh, and there's really only one spot for a dj even though there's two floors. The system is really my main gripe though.

even considering that, it was fun. the whole remote video camera extravaganza thing is more fun than you'd think (especially when you're shitfaced )

One of the "good" speakers was in the shop. So, the crappy JBLs overhead had to take more strain than they could handle. As soon as the other Mackie is back, the sound will be much better.

Behold, my arse.

Thank you guys so much for coming. I'll have the sets we recorded posted up as soon as I'm done tweaking them (might take a bit cause I'm very lazy). The rest of the pics are < here >

they are making a point on improving it though. they hired a new sound guy who is a million times better then the last one they had there.

the march party was basically running off of a mono signal all night.

Remote is starting to realize that they can make a regular spot out of this place for EDM and I think as the parties get bigger, they will upgrade their equipment.

The new sound guy was hopefully just the first step, but it was a big step.

ahhh that's great to hear. few things i like better than hearing some place might upgrade their soundsystem

i didnt think it was that bad, just when it isn't great and its still cranked really loud it fatigues the shit out of your ears, can't hear people talk, all that crap.
