Nice one Luke, Police officers can be right tossers at times. I've been wrongly arrested in the past and also treated like a hardcore criminal just for making an observation error while driving (the one way street scenario) in the past.

I did get camera'd twice on a stretch of road in Northamptonshire at 05:00 am while returning home from The Sanctuary in Milton Keynes once, but got away with one fine and 3 points as the camera's were quite close and my defence was that I was still commiting the first offence when the second camera flashed.

Police round here are either corrupt or scared of the real criminals. Last year over 80 cars were burnt out and 5 bulding burn't down (including a complete seconday school) in one village in one year, and still no arrests.

And I regularly do my drugs exchanges in supermarket car parks. Either that or at work.

So anyway, did you get all your shopping done?

I remember being searched by coppers when I was about 15. I was with a mate and they just stopped us in out tracks and said "Mind if we search you boys?? It's just that a couple of lads matching your description were seen throwing rocks over a bridge into oncoming traffic not too far from here..."

Quite why they thought those lads would be carrying around large lumps of conctrete around in their pockets is beyond me.

i was in town....and i was stopped by the pigs about 1 in the morning....they said to me

"oh we are looking for a red fiesta"

i said

"oh right....how much will u give me for it"!


they didnt go alot on that....but i was pissed off because they have already stopped me 2 times this year for no reason!



the other time i was stopped at 11 pm....the reson they pulled me over was coz i pulled in suddenly to take a phone call (Good Boy)....but when they were talking to me they congured up an xcuse and sed they stopped me becuase they could smell cannabis on me!!! how the fuck can u smell cannabis from the car behind!....what was the smell coming out my exaust pipe!
they searched me....searched me car....found nothing....i was just coming home from the pub and they didnt even breathtest me, cos i didnt have my documents on me i had to go 2 the police st within 7 days to show them.....bunch of half wits the lot of them

I hope that they gave you a copy of a "stop and account" form they are required "by law" to fill in a give to you. This became the law as of the 1st of April 2005.

Because they stopped you and asked you to account for your actions, they are required by law to fill in a Gen10 form. (i think its that one anyway)

All part of the goverments plans to get accurate figures about who is being stopped. By detaining you and asking you to account for your actions, they are basicly taking away your civil liberties...and should have made documented proof of doing so and given a copy to you.

If you want to discuss the correct proceedure they should have gone through in doing what they did...just pm me or something.

The police officers themselves can be held accountable for breaking the law if they have not followed proceedure and acting within the realms of the law.

Techincaly were acting lawfully though. You'd be suprised what people still have on them. I would like to think most people would be happy that the police are trying to act on reports of kids throwing stones of bridges. Can cause a really nasty acident.

yeah...they sat me in the back of the police car and filled out a form and i had to take it to the station within 7 days...with my MOT certificate....insurance.....and driving licence
but that is 3 times in the last 6 months they have stopped me....and these wernt traffic police....just random coppers driving around
