I agree completely. I bought a DJM 3000 and its crap.. the channels bleed and the faders feel really cheap. Wish I'd saved up for the X-1500. Dennon rule.

lol I'd guess Tiesto has used most top end mixers that are avaliable so if you ever see him try and ask him which he thinks are best. Don't know if you can directly email him but that would be the best option.

The DJM 600 and the Denon are by far the best mixers with loads of quality built in effects. But if your looking for sound quality then you can look no thurther than the Allen & Heath mixers or even the Technics 4 channel mixer it has no effects but is probably the nicest mixer I have used to date.

All of you who say the DJM 600 is crap need to get over your elitist bullshit attitudes... just b/c better mixers have come out doesn't mean that all of a sudden the DJM series is crap...

Denon: Solid mixer, nice effects (Which I think sound nicer than the DJM effects), but definitely not the best thing out there... I didn't like the way the faders felt, but that's just me...

Pioneer: Currently overpriced for what you get, but if you can find a deal on a DJM 500/600 on eBay or in the for sale/wanted forums, you won't be dissappointed... Very much a precise feeling mixer...

A&H: Without a doubt the nicest feeling and sounding mixer out there, if a bit pricey...

If I was going to re-purchase my mixing setup I'd go A&H X 62/92, with an EFX 500...

And, just because this is a Tiesto thread, I have to get in one:

[Sarcasm]OMFG Did you hear Tiesto live at Disneyland? Those transitions were so sick, I wish I was just like him, you know, the most awesome, cool, and totally underground, talented DJ/Turntablist in the world... no one will ever unseat him from #1![/Sarcasm]

Meh...
