this tactic works everytime

its their own fault, they sprayed not only the coca plants but also non drug related farming crops, the spray killed off all the farming crops but coca can just be cut back and it will still continue to grow,so the farmers had to make ends meet so they turned to coca because it doesnt need to be re planted...US should do their homework...
