If hes hanging out with you its because hes interested because, lets face it, women are typically boring. They look neat, smell nice, and do cute stuff, but to hang out is rather...taxing at times.

Unless youre like the badass who drinks and plays video games and is down for 3am runs to the store...he probably wanted to date you and be more than friends and wasnt getting the signal.
