All this bickering aside, that had to be one of the most entertaining 0-0 games I have seen in a while, regardless of the fact that Arsenal did not have a shot on goal in 90 mins.

And I rate Rooney as one of the cleanest strikers of a volley. They almost always seem to come off clean, crisp and cracking. I can't remember the last time I saw a player set up for a volley direct from a corner like Scholes chipped it in for Rooney.
