Well, 180Mill is annuity, paid over 20years. If you go for cash option, it gets down to 50% of that - e.g. 90Mil. then, federal/state taxes take another 50% or so and you're left with about 45Mil.

Cool, eh?

J/K. I think with proper fund management and this kind of dough, you could invest into high-yeild energy mutual funds. Return this quarter alone has been astronomical. But I think the minimun investment is $100,000,000. Defenitely not for the "middle-class" millionaires.

Personally, I'd buy a house somewhere near happening scene - like Miami, a house in the Hamptons, a Murcielago for me, Testarosa for my wifey, a custom BMW M5x (4WD M5), set my relatives up with some type of financial instrument that would give them a steady annual income, invest my cash into some kind of vehichle that would yeild about $250k/year pay and kick back somewhere on a beach in Nice, Monaco, or Ibiza and - watch my money grow while I chill'.

...oh, and take all my friends out for some Chinese food....

in Hong Kong Followed by sushi in Tokyo, Shashlik (shishkebab) in Tbilisi or Erevan, Borsh in Kiev, Fish and Chips in London, and finest ganja in Amsterdam...

Amsterdam and Thailand ! How could I forget?! Fiji.. Aruba Jamaica ohhhh i wanna take ya to Key Largo, Montego baby don't we go to the Coco mo ___________________??? and take it slow thatsssssss where we wanna goooo _________?

i'd put 50% in savings, buy a house, and then go shopping (for me and others). and i'd quit my job and travel.

i won 7 beans last week when it was 112 mil so i played 3 quick-picks with my winnings yesterday (i play when it's over 100 mil.)

if i win i'm:
paying off debt
giving a chunk to family members and certain non-profits
going on a vacation with friends
investing
doing a "peace out" with my girl and bouncing for a while.
