thanks everybody.. im glad u like my remix.. u are right about the strings though.. I actually use the same strings in almost every track i have made.. maybe time to rethink the strings..

Project 7, do what u want with it man.. and keep practising and ur sound will improve from week to week..

Great stuff !

I would also advice to change the string sound or fix it somehow but anyway, love the chilly mood of the track. Sounds very full yet quite clear, good job in mixing and mastering.

Very well done tune!
All the layers of percussion work just great, it's awesome. Did you do them just with the sequencer or is it a tool you've used?
Like already mentioned, the bass is really fat. And its warm, giving this (seeming dark at first) a brighter and more relaxed note.

Did I already mention this? : The percs completely do it for me!
I think the piano should be a bit better audible, it disappears a bit in the mix and could maybe be fattened up with some well dosed reverb. Or maybe you can improve this a bit just by wise EQing.
Other than that, it's a well produced tune. Though it's not my usual style, I think I have to say there's not much space for improvements left. Keep it up!

Alright subtle finally got round to this

I like the intro , it sets the scene - nice percussion. Initially I thought the bassline was too droney for this song but it falls into place as the song progresses. Pads are very nice - melody is pretty nice too.
You did a good job thinks me.

kick ass track..smooth as hell.
something about that pad that doesn't do it for me...i think someone else mentioned about it not being airy enough, that sounds about right. little more etheral.
great remix!

nice start of with the kinda reversed synth sound, pretty good sounding.

bassdrum needs some more power on the very low freq imo, percussions are pretty good all over the place.

nice chilled atmosphere.

when the bass starts atmosphere gets better and better,

nice effects in the back.

the strings you introduce at 1.45 do sound very basic and dry imo, some more reverb would be good i think, change the synths would be even better but thats my taste.

i like the chords you introduce at 3.00 soundwise and melodywise, pretty good work.

break is good, you consequential carry on the sounds you introduced during the break.

unfortunately there arent any big alternations after the break,
i expected something more going on after the break but that might just be the genre style.

very strong track if i look at it production-wise, absolutely pro sounding, the whole atmosphere also is very good, very dreamy, you got a very good sense for detail imo.
unfortunately no catchy elements that make it stand out of the crowd for me.

alltogether, solid piece of work.

cheers, nik.

Klangzentrum: thanks.. i expect your remix on my desk by the end of the month

Mr. Rogers: thanks for ur comment..

Soundrush: thanks for your feedback.. strings are coming from a cheap synth.. i definitely could have made em better.. i also should have added some more in the break.. i might open it.. thanks

Mr. Larsen, quite frankly this is an outstanding piece of progressive-trance... By far the best track I've heard from you.. Releasable imo...
