I used to use most of these words back on my gf on purpose it used to drive her so crazy I loved it (give her a taste of her own medicine - she used to do that to me in the beginning all the time )

From what I can understand these words are used to cover up some kind of insecurity regarding direct confrontation. My ex gf would cop out of discussions/arguments all the time by using words like "Fine" or any of the other subtle phrases you females like to drop. I found that this most often happened when she didn't want to confront me about something. My eventual solution was to respond with extreme coldness and uncaring. It drove her insane. I refuse to deal with bullshit games and subtle phrases/hints. If there's something wrong tell me otherwise I don't really care. I'm extremely impatient with emotional reactions or anything illogical for that matter. Yay for growing up with a stone cold (he's gotten softer with age ) corporate lawyer for a father. I really do need to learn how to not deal with people the same way I deal with business. Cut throat and ruthless are not always the greatest way to go about discussions with friends.

*muses over this*

Note: "The Book of Five Rings", and "The Prince" are bibles to me.

Five Minutes
If she is getting dressed, this is half an hour.
Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given 5
more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

Nothing
This is the calm before the storm. This means "something" and
you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with "nothing" usually
end in "fine".

Go Ahead
This is a dare, not permission, DON'T DO IT!

Loud Sigh
Although not actually a word, the loud sigh is often
misunderstood by men.
A "Loud Sigh" means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why
she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you over
"Nothing".

That's Okay
This is one of the most dangerous statements that woman can
make to a man.
"That's Okay" means that she wants to think long and hard
before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

Thanks
This is the least used of all words in the female vocabulary.
If a woman is thanking you. Do not question it, just say you're welcome
and back out of the room slowly.

Wheres the rest of them? I got this in an email about a year or so ago... SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FUNNY! But theres even more ppl! Gonna hafta see if I cant find it at home and post the rest of it!

They drop it much more casually than we do I've noticed that. But for some reason they make it sound less offensive.

I don't think that word can be made less offensive, lol. You just get desensitized.

Obscenity is defined by the community you live in. Thus if a community became desensitized to something it would in fact be less offensive.
