i saw behind the music on VH1 on backstreet boys..they are making a comeback..
to be perfectly honest, i was baffled when they sort of fizzled out and N'Sync came and stole the show. i was like WTF? N'Sync was so obnoxious and they were all ugly...and i just thought backstreet boyz had way more talent (Justin T. was the only talent in N'Sync if u ask me)...
anyway, that one guy from backstreet had a bad coke addiction & alcohol too and it tore them up and their manager basically dropped them and focused on N'Sync...that's why they made it and backstreet boys faded away.
anyway moral of the story
backstreet boys > n'sync
they're all hot and have good voices...they rock.

In all seriousness, they may have talent, but they were overplayed ad nauseum mei, and whoever said they (and boy bands in general) were more about image was right on target. Oh well, I never listen to the radio stations that play them anyhow.
