are you sure about this? i am almost positive that Pioneers do NOT have a spinning platter. I have played on many cdj 1000s and none had a platter that spun.

there is vinyl mode and cdj mode and neither caused the platter to spin.

Really, I was always under the impression that the CDJs had a spinning platter... I guess Im wrong.

Thanks guys..I've decided to go with the CDJ-1000MK2'S...

I've also decided to use my stereo..acting as my amp, as it has two attached speakers, with aux input.


Vlad: The CDX is more expensive, because the import taxes are based on size. The CDX is bigger then the CDJ-100MK2's..by far..so it adds a couple hundred bucks onto the CDX price..
