I would agree with Lustral/Ascension/Chakra etc as the best vocal trance. Next to them I would say Oceanlab/Above & Beyond. I love anything that Justine Suissia sings, however I wasn't a huge fan of "Beautiful Together", only the remixes like the Signum Remix of it.

Mic Burns/Blue Haze

Above and Beyond, and chicane's earlier stuff, some of which is vocal.

EDIT: Chicane vocal tunes good, apart from that Bryan Adams collaboration...

I agree about Delerium. I wasn't thinking about them because the original versions aren't trance. But some of the trance mixes of thier stuff is top notch!
