dude, as long as youre not planning to host a massive party, the DJX700 will suffice for you to learn on. yeah, the faders arent crash hot and the sound quality is pretty ordinary, but if you havent used anything else you wont notice. is a fine mixer to learn the basics on. you\'ll outgrow it eventually but that gives you time to save for something better

uh... I used one for a while and the thing that stuck out was the fx... theres like 40 of them, but they are all really bad and sync to a fixed bpm. So if you use a delay etc.. it wont be in time to the track. Other than that, its just like your average cheapo mixer...

congrats man, but keep saving, if you stick with it, you are gonna want to do soem upgrading down the road.
