go to any russian video store, which shouldnt be a problem for you
theres one at steeles and yonge across from centerpoint. its called senemal. im not sure how much they charge per hour but when i had to copy something from PAL to NTSC i went to a store at bathurst and steeles. they had the cheapest price there. if u need more info just msg me and ill get it.

How much do multisystem VCRs go for these days anyway? ...maybe it'll be worth to just buy one of those instead.

Yeap. John, ur best bet is to hit up video corner on bathurst and steeles. They'll do it for cheap and fast.

Not necessarily. The multi-system units are cheaper overseas than they are here. Why? Because there isn't as much of a market for international formats. The north american system has a huge influence on the world, that more often than here, europeans are faced with the dilemma of having to convert or play NTSC video than we are to play/convert PAL.
I would imagine $500 plus.

Multi-system vcr's are usually packed with features because the fact that it's multi system is usually a premium feature in itself.

Is this a multisystem VCR? I can't tell...some others say "no" under multisystem...this one says "NTSC"....and the description doeesn't help lol...
