true ... this movie couldn't warrrant a sequel, after the way it ended ..

i would think the sequel would be like the cops would go after the brothers and the old guy, after the aftermath in the courthouse .. kinda like 'the fugitive' theme, or something like that ..

fawk, this is one of my favourite movies, ever. I didn't know that a sequel was in the making, andI'm not sure it makes me happy to hear it. Definitely not a movie warranting a sequel. Hopefully it won't suck major ass.

ready for a, bet you didn't know:

obviously, i'm from massachusetts so this movie was def. embraced by all my friends and I. anyways, about 3 years ago one of the big production companys(i heard MGM) wanted the script and wanted it re-done with new actors... which included:

Ben Afleck and Matt Damon

The director agreed to it as long as he could again, direct it. MGM said no so the director wouldn't give up the rights to the script.

Thats why nothing ever happened with this movie and why it never got huge.

i used to watch it around 3 times a day for abuot 6 months haha. sometimes way more a day if we had the irish music blasting...
