I know the book and movie pretty well. I bet most of the (American) members of this forum could repeat the main sequences I noted without too much thinking. As for the details of the movie, I did quite a bit of media study (film, television, internet) in university and am used to making such comments.

At first I thought it was someone else's review becuase it was so long but could tell it was yours after reading it. Kids today don't have the attention to sit down and right something coherent that is more than a few sentences.

I didnt watch any of the advertisements. Now I wish I would have. I guess I have a pretty predictable writing style....or maybe it was the poor grammer/spelling

i saw this movie and let me say:
(be kind)
i had toked a few times eh. and taken a few shots ya.
but the movie was fukkin brilliant. mediocre script. completely unorigiinal plot. acting so so(as good as it could be). but the directing.. the directing is what saved it.
