make a Help Desk application. ticket systems, hand shakes, priorities, activating email systems, user/account creation modifications, permissions.

can use csv style sheets and make it accessible over the web.

also a CRM (customer relations manager) where you do database entries and put in their relations, history, contacts, etc.....

as for what to actually do, too frazzled at the moment to think about that...

maybe take the approach of simplifying some sort of web-interface (that would otherwise be exceedingly complex) to the point where it would be graphically appealing but also user-friendly enough to be usable even by old-farts? perhaps aim toward something that could be integrated into an old-folks home or something, like a (broken-down and simplified web-database for elderly neurotic luddites to check out health issues or drug interactions or something. (like i said, i'm frazzled.)

Haha that's genious!! And a good idea. The idea of simplifying a web-based application for old folk is a class idea. Although in some ways, websites and other web applications do that already: they provide a user interface that's far more user-friendly than actually typing code into a database for example. I'll defo give it some thought though.

That's another cool idea. Maybe I can integrate your idea and kossack's idea into one: to create a helpdesk application of some kind, thats made specifically to be user friendly to old folk and the disabled.

The ideas are coming thick and fast now, cheers peeps.
