Yea three years ago I saw Oakie with his "Bunkka" tour and Hernan Cataneo was WAY better than Oakie was the first time I saw him (at Area: One) and the second time at the State Theater in Detroit.

actually i saw oakie for the first time at area one too, in atlanta and it was great. After that i seen him around new years in memphis and then twice in nashville and it was all dissapointing...

Yeah well the first time I saw him, it wasn't the tracks he played, i mean I'm sure he played great ones, but the sound system was AWFUL! there was WAY too much bass even when I stood at the back of the tent!

Yeah I agree. It is nice to hear old tunes but I think CONSISTENCEY is the best bet when it comes to artists. Sure some big name producers will release some mediocre tracks ever so once in a while but they are still pretty consistent. I personally don't think stuff like Scooter is very consistent, even in the hardcore/hardstyle/hard trance arena that they seem to leaning towards...where there are better, more consistent talent who release hard stuff...Cosmic Gate anyone?
