In this case, about the contract issue with Mr. Lee, I dont know, It could go either way. There are non compete contracts for executives so M$ might have a chance/point in going after Lee. But after Google? The contract was between Lee and MS. MS is just jelous that all its best employees want to work at Google now, because Yes, Google is the "hip" place to work at now, no longer MS. MS wants to attack them however way it can.

Let the battle begin..

See thats the problem, they are hard to come by.

Mr. Lee was highly respected in his field. I remember reading an article on how M$ was going to tackle google, and they had appointed him especially to take on Google.
