well i think you're refering to spain pulling out of Iraq which if i'm not mistaken wasn't in relation to bombings but because Zapatero didn't agree with the U.S.'s agenda and wanted U.N. control of the war. but you're right there have been bombings that caused a direct troop pull out. i cant think of any specific ones (Nairobi maybe?) but still anything on the scale of the London bombings are going to wipe clean any wavering feelings about the West's presence in the middle east (as in it's necessary to insure the West's security) and i'd expect the mujahideen to know this
