hmm, ya i had a similar problem

except it was SERVICES.EXE

was using about 80% i think and kept accessing the hd (page faults)...anyway, it seems to have fixed itself up now...i didn't do anything

but i move my computer between networks every couple of weeks, so i'm not sure if it will stuff up again with the same problem next time
