I don't count caffeine or nicotine; both are very addictive, but legal as well. Have had a drug addicted history, and yes it's hard to break the dependency. Keeping the caffeine and nicotine going while breaking other addictive drugs definitely helps. And good old alcohol helps as well; legal in all states BTW.

Man I hate caffiene - I'm the only person I know who doesn't like it. I hate the feeling of the kick it gives you and the come down afterwards.

Sounds ridiculous but I think of music as a drug - the way I turn it on and it's like everything is OK again. I get cravings for loud music around 11-12pm every night and I get seriously on edge and quite angry if for some reason I can't listen to music when I want to. My mp3 player goes EVERYWHERE with me, along with a stock of batteries as I cant stand running out. This inlay pretty much sums up what I mean:

I am addicticed to coca-cola I usually drink three(2liter) bottles every week. I tried stopping but i got a big headache. So I dranked it again and the headache went away.

ill probably be addicted to something later.

coke --- at least 2 or 3 liters per day
pizza --- 5 times a week
steaks ---- 5 times a week
masturbation ---- 3 times per day

never been ADDICTED to something. alcohol does sometimes scare me, ive spent about 3 months at a time, getting trashed every weekend. i don't crave it, it just seems to happen that when it's around, i wouldn't mind a drink, so i end up getting trashed. i have been in 'i don't feel like drinking' moods, and not had one, so i guess i'm ok. i have, however, been in situations that seriously just make me hear a voice in my head that says "GODDAMN! i need a drink!". don't do any other drugs, so bleh.
