aye, one of the summer contract staff here at the office, is in Architect school, and he says that no ones a real architect until they're 50 anyway. You start out as a draftsman for a while.

go get your CSC, CPH, and CFP and become a financial planner for the woodbridge crowd..

mortgage broker?

real estate agent?

all three make great coin if you're a good salesman, knowledgable, and know how to network
