gmini 400 is an excellent all around player.. notmuch bigger than the ipod mini and built sturdy.. its a little bit more expensive than the ipod mini but you get a lot more..

Thats a really cool player, I heard about those portable video players that are coming out, But I wonder about something, Most harddrive mp3 players out there, Paticular the ones from Archos, Has recording capabilities, Do you think those video players will have some sort of built in camera so you can record your own home movies on them?, I think that would be really cool.

Prettymuch all of them are litium-Ion, but the I-pod one's aren't replaceable, so when they're life is over, your I-pods life is over. there are some on the market with replaceable/swapable ones. dunno which ones tho.
