The "dumb" to "smart" percentage of the votes in this poll is actually WIDER than it appears, with emphasis on the downward end of the "dumb" voters (by Subey's theory of "qualified" voters and what percentage of the vote the "smart" ones should actually have over the "dumb" ones, lol).

There's no such thing as "smart" -- only experience and perspective.

And I'm loathe to believe that people are actually as dumb as they sometimes act.

"Relative experience/degree of educated perspective"

vs.

"Irresponsibility and/or laziness of intellect"

...are better terminologies than "dumb or smart."
