I wouldnt go that far, diswashing fluid has its own harmful ingredients. And depending on the fruit some fluid may be absorbed inside. I wash my fruit in just water.

Yes stickers are kind of like the name brand of the fruit or may say where it came from or have a code on them to tell the cash register person what to ring them up as.
