Tofu + Rice + any meat is just excellent. Tofu in Miso soup.

There are also different type of tofu, depending on what you want to eat it with. There is concentrated tofu, soft tofu...etc.

yep! Ma La is just a bit spicier than Ma Bo tofu. basically the same, just a different preparation based on the region. good stuff though, yeah.

i prefer chicken friend rice or general tao chicken
