I don't chew pens but, I chew gum like it's going out of style. I seriously chew gum all day long everyday.

And like you Tribu, I clench my jaw when I sleep as well. I honestly have a Schwarznegger jaw because it's so overworked.

I went through a toothpick phase a few years ago... and then I swallowed one on the way to class one time. Luckily, I chewed on the flat kind (not the sharp ones). It went straight down, but it still freaked me out. I haven't put a toothpick in my mouth, since.
