Both are true pioneers and have done lots and lots for the EDM scene.

Too bad my list is saturated with several bloody 80s and 90s almost cheesy artists that I was infected with on my way to the age of trance Some of them kinda ruin my list, but I decided to be honest and listed all of the artists for all the genres I like overall. A bit embarrassing

Do you credit Charlie May and others for his named productions or is Sasha and his productions just not worthy of being in your top 60?

Not offended by it or anything, it's just weird because it seems like you would put him on it when you've got Bedrock, Charlie and the like in there.

yes and no...

i do give charlie may and now that i think about it Junkie XL would also make my list a lot of credit for sasha's productions. i mean sasha's most famous production Xpander used one of charlie may's melodies from a potential spooky project.

there is no doubt that sasha would be number one on my dj list, but i in a list like this its more important to list people who have dedicated the majority of their career's to production and have excelled at it. not to say i don't think sasha has a large part to do in the creative design of his tunes...i think he does, but i'd still give a ton of credit to the people engineering and producing it.

i mean even some of the groups i have listed up there...i'd probably give Liam Howlett most of the credit for The Prodigy, Nick Muir most of the credit for Bedrock, etc...i guess i just kinda see it as these are the people that never get the credit for their work and i wanted to make sure that they all got places...

ps. i just realised how many people i've left off hahaa...obviously William Orbit and a lot of other people on people's lists would make it into mine if i did it in more than an hour or so hehehe

If I were to honestly sit down and make a list of my top 30 artists of all-time, there probably wouldn't be too many electronic artists in there.

Oh, of all kinds of music? I thought it was only EDM. I have Hancock, but I did it for his drum machine funk. I don't really know much about non-edm anyway, and I don't see why it would be better to list non-edm artists, at least in place of a lot of the ones I put. Guys who invented genres, guys who even maybe invented EDM. Guys who revived genres from the dead. Guys who make more than five genres or subgenres of EDM. And yes some who just are my favorite. Well I like them all.
