You know that labels thing is a good idea. I feel like an idiot for not thinking about that, but thats ok i'm used to the feeling.

Yep, but get printable media! STAY AWAY FROM THE STICK-ON LABELS!

They are a TERRIBLE idea for you CDJ's. CDJ's spin the CD's at a much faster rate than a regular CD player, much like CD-ROM drive. Sticky labels are almost always slightly off center, which could wear out your CDJ faster.
