Well last night i got rid of the blacklight and put some fresh duct-tape around the old rotting window seals and so far so good. They probably love the blacklight. So let's see what happens next.

Try spraying Raid in the room where they are, and then go away for a few hours. Or use one of those "ant coil" things that you light up with a match and it very slowly burns and releases poison gas. That will kill any stragglers that are hanging around.

I'd hate to have bugs in my equipment!
