u didnt read my post properly if u think i said that.
I basically said that theres better cheaper decks out there than technics the only people that will find it esential to own a pair of technics r djs that play out in clubs cose thats what every club has but that applies to very few people 90% of djs will never get to play in a club.
Most people only buy technics cose everyone else has got one and they think its cool they havent actually tried out all other decks for themselfs to make up there minds.

Bah... nothing beats the technics! It isn't about the functionality but reliability aswell, Techs are proven tanks and can last for a decade or more. However i am very impressed by the newer Numarks and Stanton tables, the price and the features is an excellent factor which motivate new enthusiasts into the djing scene.

In the end if you have the cash get the techs especially if you plan on spinning at clubs, they are the industry standard and have been since the late 80's

Is it just me or has this semmed to go far off topic.
I think the high torque is appealing to alot of DJs especialy the ones who dont know much because iv talked to plenty of guys who think that a deck is great coz of the torque and that they think it will hold its pitch much better because of it aswell. Hope thats a decent reply
