oh i know, but do tell me why on 18+ nights at space i see 100x more fucked up kiddies with their eyes rolling to the back the head than when i go on a 21+ night. at space you can always spot out fucked up people (cuz its drug heaven in there) but when its 18+ its sooooo much more obvious. those 3 years go a LONG way my friend!

maybe because i am 18, am i on the young one's side. but, this is the only country that has such a restriction on -21.

I don't agree with your last sentence. They would still roll when they are 21. I just think that 18 is when a person reaches that mature level after all of the hormones settle and there is no change after that. They are what they are.

Maybe things in Miami are different. I don't seem to notice that trend you've mentioned here.
