It's not their best albums and has less standout tracks than the other albums but for me as a hardcore Orbital fan it is way better than lots of other EDM available out there anyway. I'll sort out a few things so you get to hear what their take on the Doctor Who theme sounds like.

Yeah, considering the rest of the stuff that Orbital has released it's quite poor. "Funny Break" is good but the rest is very average.
