It has "generic big trance chords" written all over it, which is why it reminds you of something but you can't tell what. People say Altitude or Airwave because they have big pad melodies in a similar tone. I'm telling you it isn't the melody from any major track. Some minor producer may have it, but I doubt they'll notice.

Well I am going to go ahead and develope it and use it.

I will post the finished track in a week or two. I got about 20 tracks slowly making their way to competion. They will be done by the end of the year.

Sounds like the foundation of a lot (read: all) of tunes from the "classic" 1999 era. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Just...not too original. Make something with it though, who cares.
