I was going to suggest this package, but a) the headphones are close to useless, and b) you said you wanted at least a 3 channel mixer and the Redsound Infader has 2. It is a very good quality mixer though, however I'm not so sure about the point of having 3 crossfaders. Complete waste of time if you ask me, you can just use the eq controls. But still, a good mixer.

I was served by a guy called John Love and he showed me all the equipment and I was allowed to fiddle with it and have a go at the setup in store.
