Oh man. Don't even get me started on those. I used to do those up very frequently at high school. We would eat to the point where we could barely even get out of our chairs to go back to school.

After hitting the Sundae bar 3 or 4 times, we figured out what made the Pizza Hut buffet so dangerous...

All the grease/oil made the blood thick, put stress on the heart, and reduced oxygen flow to the brain - thus the lethargy/near-death state.

the best part of it all is the sleepy mood it puts u in, and if u can get to a bed after its the SWEETEST sleep ever.. out within minutes.

there's a good place near my office...Pita Pure House @ Bay/Gerrard. They have 2.99 specials that change every day. So two big Shawarmas or Falafels and some mini samosas is under $10.

I just finished eating and now will go get a giant sugar filled hot chocolate from Second Cup + a cookie. yay fridays (otherwise I eat quite well).

Some people go to the gym for an incredible body...I go for a more mediocre one and the ability to eat and drink whatever and whenever the fuck I want
