hmmmm.. to my understanding Tokunaga is stantioned in Shijuku,Tokyo @ Club Code which is the sponser of many many big events in Japan... ive gone there couple of times and seen Tokunaga @ events like Muzik Cup w/ Mauro Picotto and also went to a Sound Collection Party and saw him then too

and jeff, u are right hes the product of our lil trance scene here and i expect him to grow in popularity. supposedly hes friend w/ Ferry Corsten and was the one that came up w/ the Gouryella Title Tenshi /me reminds jeff thats one brownie point for ferry lol

Ditto Scott Bond ... and Cor Fijneman ... a couple of immensely talented people waiting to bust into the top echelon of trance Djing. I love Armin but he's hardly a 'surprise' tip cos he's up there with all the other superstar trance DJs now anyway. I think a couple of the 'other' big egos in Dutch trance are gonna get heavily deflated before 2002 is through.

I also think Yahel's gonna finally get the major record deal and all the respect he's long overdue for.

I'd like to see DJ Astrid break it big in 2002. She's immensely talented as a producer (RBA) and a DJ. I was quite surprised she didn't make DJ Mag's top 100. Half the blokes on that list are nothing in comparison to Astrid.
