if a tt is quartz controlled then it shouldnt fluctuate by 0.5%. thats absolutely crazy! its either a faulty deck or the track has been cut onto vinyl with a fluctuation in it... a wow and flutter of 0.01/0.02 (depending on which tech deck your using) is pretty much as accurate as a cdj1000. 0.02 flutter aint gonna produce a change of 0.5%! it has to be a problem with when a deck's motor is turned off. or the tt must be faulty. but how can turning the motor off affect the voltage that reaches it?
