I don't think i've ever had so much school-related stress in my life. It's not directly to do with the courses or workload, more due to things like health insurance (purchased through the school), money to pay for school, etc. <-- me losing it

It sounds like it's caused by lack of preparedness for exams.

Hence, prepare, and the stress will disappear...

I'd finally gotten into a productive rhythm at work that's been messed up over the past two days by irrational decisions from upper management. But hey, that's life, there's nothing you can do except figure out what's stressing you out and get it out of your way.
