yep, you're screwed. no banks allows a minor to have his own bank account. u can "have" one, but one of your parents has to have custodial powers over it. that means, u cant withdraw, but u can deposit. now, i believe if u had an atm card, u could get money out whenever u wanted to, but only out of an atm, not from the bank teller.
