someone mentioned black star and i think that is trully one of the best hip hop albums of the 90's. in fact, it is THE best. 2 huge rappers with an amazing dj, DJ Hi-Tek.

What about Dre, Snoop Dogg, DPG etc? is their old stuff classed as "true" hip hop?
