Get a buddy as a spotter man, it works wonders for motivation and productivity. You help them, they help you. I couldn't have done it previously for 4 years if I hadn't had a buddy spotting all the time.

In the past 2 years I've gotten lazy and stopped working out, thanks to no football (totally fucked up MCL in my right knee, thanks a lot Essex fullback).
