or just come down for one or both of the festivals, chill on the beach and at all the smaller parties during the week, youll still have a blast and meet tons of cool peeps

americans would make a killing if the drinking age was 18. Literally a killing lol.

I was there in 2003 and a couple of my friends were underage (like 20) and it was so out of control and busy there, it wasn't a problem to get in most places and even drink. A decent fake ID is still a good idea though if you're underage, just makes everything easier....Can't wait until they announce the lineups for the different events!!!!!!!
