That's exactly what makes it different. It's BASED on that riff, it's not just an unrelated epic supersaw thrown in for good measure.

Perhaps we're using a different definition of the word?

Subtle: Characterized by skill or ingenuity; clever.

The track is skillfully made, the different parts join together cleverly. Not just a random jumble of loosely put-together parts.

Weird that. To me it just sounds like a standard, two-breakdown track driven by a central hook in a generic trance synth. When I saw your thread on TC I was baffled, because this is exactly the type of trance you so often claim to hate.
