Extremely typical. He's been playing the same exact tunes all over the world for the past year in the same order yet he gets paid like a movie star. Much respect for Matt though as he's a great producer in my opinion, dawning from trance's earlier more prominent years, he has a solid production discography behind him and is a extremely humble and down-to-earth individual (I'm registered on his forum ), but for fuck's sake, have a little variation in your set. I'm no 'pro' DJ, but I can tell you when a fan is saying this it comes from the heart and means change. I guess you can get away playing the same tracks everywhere to anyone so long as they don't know who the fuck you are or what the hell you're playing. So many amateurs came up to me throughout the night and said: "Who's the DJ playing, man?" Come on, get real, if you're going to a goddamn venue paying to see these acts, can't you at least fucking know who you're seeing? I find it so irritating for some reason. At least have the common sense and use your brain God gave you to think for once. And I agree with Clovis, how disrespectful can a distungished venue be? I understand James' time-slot was up, but end it shortly in such an abrupt and rude manner? There was absolutely no class with what went down last night. And wow, the props and go-go dancers on stage during AAP, how unbelievably hilarious were they? There were two aliens with headphones, a chick dancer and a guy who reminded me of the wrestler "Gold Dust" from WWF. I haven't laughed so hard during a show since I saw Johan Gielen at Heaven last December and watching those announcers announce Tiësto during his performances. Tiësto! Do you guys ever notice how they announce him like he's Mohammed Ali or some Heavyweight Champion? Hysterical I say. Also, Matt Darey = Fabio's twin!
