is anyone tuning into the ultimate fighter2 tv show tonight for its most "bloody and gory fight of the year" ?

Id love to train in MMA, although I have experience with judo, sambo, jiu-jitsu, kick boxing and taekwondo. I would go into it as if I knew nothing, because although I can dish it out, I know I cant take it.

I think it would definitely help me become more confident in myself as well as help me get in nice physical condition. i.e. Arlovski, the guy is in such amazing condition.

Judo & Sambo both, they are like cousins to each other, except Judo focuses on the standup with a mix of ground and Sambo does the ground and with a mix of standup.

All I gotta say... anyone wearing a collared shirt should not start shit with me.
