Yeah, normally the guy is way different, he mixes in key and his track selection is very involving etc... But this time when i was at his studio he was like, 'let's quickly select the best 30 trance tracks we know, shuffle them and mix them'. It was like an experiment to kinda copy asot 200, but to do it better

Thanks for the suggestions, im downloading the ASOT 182 and the DJ Beffur Track. As for me being a noob, ive been listening to trance since the first Perfecto CD was released (pre-97) in europe and been listening since. Hardly a noob =) To this site tho, i am! =)

I'm going to give my all time top 50 in 160 minutes a go on Ableton, about halfway through the track selection process, selecting the order is going to be a nightmare

any set out there can compare to ASOT 200...almost
However, if u like the Armin style, asot can be usefull to hear a few new tunes. But as an entire set, there alot better stuff out there, with more variety!
