hi menno heres my feedback.

like the atmosphere in the intro, your kicks i really like as always nice percussion elements also and simple.

bass sounds a little standard to me like its a preset. those saw type synths i thought sounded a little thin also. also could of done with some more strings or pads.

mastering wise theres a little bit too much hi going on, gets very heavy on the ears after a while might wanna cut some hi out of the synths etc.

melodies didnt really grab me as much as some of your other productions.

good solid production not the best i've heard from you but good all the same. as i said keep at it man your pretty much there, i'm struggling to keep up with you

Yeah I totally agree with you, it gets heavy on my ears as well. I Eqéd it the best as possible. It is not so much the mastering that is at fault here it is more the choice of sounds. Sometomes you really want a certain sound to be in the track because it sounds it sounds wicked but still it messes up the track. This is such a typical example

Thanks for the rest of your comments as well DannyC!

Riialto, glad you like it mate. You've always been one of my most honest critics and TA has not even heard all my tracks mainly because you as a DJ did not like the previews enough Cheers mate!

As usual i love your puncy sound. always crisp. i think the synths are quite standard. unlike your previous track which blew me away. overall its good but didnt send shivers up my back.

Hi mate, very nice for an in-between track as you say, but it certainly doesn't have some of the more original elements as your other tracks do.
The best thing about this track is it's got so much energy, and I'm certain it would rip up the dancefloor. The arrangment is spot-on and when the pads kick in behind the main melody it sounds amazing.
The chord progression for the first 6 bars (3 changes) is awesome (especially the third change), but I think it's let down by the last 2 bars, doesn't have enough tension before resolving back to the start of the phrase. I hope you know what I mean, and I hope you don't think I'm talking complete shit either!
Anyway I'm being very pedantic because I know the quality you are capable of. Keep it up and make sure you nail the next one!

Pho mo you are not being pedantic at all, I also think that the energey in this track seperates itself from being just plain average. There just were a few people who wanted me to do a bit of a more energetic track which ROCKED more instead of my usual "big break big strings kind of track haha" So I did it, had a hard time doing it and my next few tracks will most certainly be not in this style.

Thank you all for reviewing this
