Hmm.. some ideas then.. You could try taking out the chords from the main melody, then use those chords in a string in the beginning to buildup the main melody there, then go to a middle part.
Also, you could try putting the bass and string grouped, apply a compressor to get a "breathy" sound, ie the bass causes the compressor/limiter to dip the volume of the strings, so it gets a "breathy" sound.
Else try some other synth variations, you can have the main melody continue more bars without any problems
